Linda Peterson

Linda Peterson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Linda is currently working at Neumora as the Human Resources Director, where they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director, Total Rewards at Neumora, starting in October 2020.

Before joining Neumora, Linda worked at BlackThorn Therapeutics as a Senior HR Manager from September 2017 to September 2020. Linda also served as an Independent HR Consultant and stay at home parent, working as an HR Professional from July 2013 to July 2017.

Linda's previous roles include working as a Talent Programs Analyst at Recology from February 2013 to June 2013 and as an HR Analyst at FormFactor from November 2012 to February 2013.

Their early career includes a long tenure at W2O Group, where they worked as an HR Analyst from March 2003 to November 2012. Linda began their professional journey as a Business Manager at Eagle Research, Inc. in 1990, where they worked for over a decade.

Linda Peterson earned a BS degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Oregon, completing their studies between 1986 and 1990.
