Carolyn O'Mealia

Carolyn O'Mealia is the current Chief of Staff at NeuraFlash. Carolyn has held several positions at NeuraFlash since December 2021, including Director, Learning & Development, Manager, Learning & Development, and Learning & Development Lead. Prior to their time at NeuraFlash, Carolyn was a Senior Consultant, Employee Engagement & Experience at Bluewolf, an IBM Company. Carolyn also served as a Consultant, Employee Engagement & Experience at Bluewolf from February 2017 to May 2019. Carolyn began their professional career as an Associate, Member Services at InsideNGO from November 2014 to February 2017. Carolyn also interned at InsideNGO in the Events department from December 2012 to May 2013.

Carolyn O'Mealia has a bachelor's degree from Fairfield University. Carolyn also has a certification from Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Associate and a certification from Yoga Alliance in RYT200. Carolyn has a certification from Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Administrator (WI17) and a certification from Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (WI17). Carolyn also has a certification from APMG International in Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro 1).
