Olesia Shneider

Olesia Shneider has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Olesia currently works as an Office & Employee Engagement Manager at Neural Concept since November 2022. Prior to that, they served as a People & Culture Assistant at SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics from July 2021 to November 2022.

Before their time at SIB, Olesia worked as an Assistant to Laurent Maire, partner, at MCE Avocats et Notaires from February 2019 to November 2019. Olesia'sresponsibilities included providing communication support for legal cases, managing VIP client relationships, and handling cooperation with international embassies and local authorities.

From September 2012 to November 2015, Olesia held the position of Communications Executive at Philip Morris Sales & Marketing (PMI Affiliate in Russia). During their time there, they implemented a change management communication plan for 4100 employees, introduced new internal communication channels to increase employee engagement, and developed an internal TV channel.

Prior to that, they worked as an Internal Communications Specialist at Intesa Sanpaolo from June 2011 to June 2012. Olesia coordinated internal communications teams, launched digital communication campaigns, and organized international sports events for employees across Europe.

Olesia also gained experience at Banca Intesa as a Public Relations Coordinator and Relationship Manager for Italian customers from December 2007 to May 2011. Olesia was responsible for bringing in new clients and organizing PR activities for re-branding and product launches.

Olesia started their career at the Consulate General of Italy in St.Petersburg where they worked as a Visa Section Officer from April 2007 to December 2007.

Olesia's early work experience includes teaching Italian at Lingvoru school from 2005 to 2007.

Throughout their career, Olesia has demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.

Olesia Shneider's education history includes a range of studies in different fields. In 2000 to 2007, they pursued a Master's Degree in Linguistics at St. Petersburg State University. As part of their educational experience, they became an exchange student at Università degli Studi di Firenze in 2004 to 2005, focusing on Italian Studies. In 2020, they attended Romandie Formation, where they earned a Certificat d'Assistant-e en gestion du personnel (Assistant HR) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Additionally, they attended Cadschool in the same year, specializing in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia to earn a degree in Marketing Digital & Réseaux Sociaux (Digital Marketing & Social media).
