Alejandro Correa Bahnsen

Alejandro Correa Bahnsen, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Global Director of Analytics & AI Products at AB InBev since April 2023 and as a Senior Advisor at Neural Design since July 2021. Previously, Alejandro held prominent roles at Rappi, including Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer for RappiBank and Vice President of Artificial Intelligence from June 2019 to January 2023. Alejandro also contributed as an Advisor to the Government of Colombia on AI policy between August 2021 and July 2022 and as a Professor at Universidad de los Andes from June 2016 to July 2022. Alejandro's professional journey includes key positions such as Vice President of AI & Research at Cyxtera Technologies and Fraud Data Scientist at SIX Financial Information. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning from the University of Luxembourg, an M.S. in Operations Research from Universidad de Los Andes, and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
