Raphael Nunes da Motta has worked in the software engineering field since 2005. Raphael began their career as a System Administrator and Web Developer Intern at SimuCAD. In 2007, they worked as a Software Developer at Google & GNOME Foundation, and as a Research and Development Engineer Intern at Microsoft Language Development Center. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Philips Healthcare as a Senior R&D Embedded Software Engineer. In 2016, they worked at Ambit Networks Inc. as a Senior R&D Embedded Software Engineer, and at J. Assy as a R&D Coordinator for Precision Farming Field Computers and an R&D Embedded Software Architect. In 2018, they worked at Quality Inteligência as a Senior R&D Software Architect, and at J. Assy as a Senior R&D Embedded Software Architect. Since 2019, they have been working at Neural DSP Technologies as a Product Lead, R&D Embedded Software Team Lead, and Senior R&D Embedded Software Engineer.

Raphael Nunes da Motta obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from UFSCar - Alumni between 2004 and 2009.
