Gerit Granadillo González

Gerit Granadillo González has extensive experience in sales and management roles within the security and technology industry. Gerit began their career in 2004 as an Engineer Resident of Works for COMPLUS LTDA, where they oversaw the installation and operation of security systems. Gerit then worked as a Director of Projects and Budgets for B.T. SECURITY TECHNOLOGY S.A. in Colombia and Venezuela from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they served as a Director of Commercial and Project in the northern region for LATTICE SYSTEMS Y COMPAÑIA LIMITADA. Gerit then returned to B.T. SECURITY TECHNOLOGY S.A. as a Director of Projects and Budgets in the northern region from 2008 to 2009.

In 2009, Gerit joined INCISAN FIRE COLOMBIA as a Commercial Director for the northern zone, gaining experience in market expansion and achieving sales targets. Gerit then worked as the Head of Automation for the Northern Region at G4S TECHNOLOGY COLOMBIA S.A. from 2009 to 2012. Gerit continued their career at BT FIRESEC S.A. as a Commercial Manager and Business Development Manager from 2012 to 2016, responsible for managing all business lines, developing commercial and marketing strategies, and directing projects and budgeting.

From 2016 to 2017, Gerit worked as the National Sales Manager for SAC - Seguridad, Automatización, y Control S.A., where they handled corporate clients in the central region of Colombia, developing closing strategies and achieving sales targets. In 2017, they briefly worked as the Commercial Manager for Prosegur Tecnologia before joining Neural Labs as the Regional Sales Manager for Colombia and Central America. In 2019, Gerit assumed the role of Regional Sales Manager for the Andean Region and Central America, demonstrating their expertise in sales and regional management.

Throughout their career, Gerit Granadillo González has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive sales, develop strategies, and manage teams in the security and technology industry.

Gerit Granadillo González obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from the Universidad del Norte (Barranquilla) in 2005. Gerit then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Administration and General Business Management from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey - México from 2014 to 2017.

In addition, Gerit has obtained various certifications. Gerit is a certified engineer in Andover Continuum security automation software from Schneider Electric, which they obtained in June 2010. Gerit also holds a certification as an engineer in EST3 fire detection systems from General Electric (Bradenton, Florida), obtained in October 2007. Furthermore, they are certified in CCTV designs for integrated security systems using ENDURA from PELCO PCSD (Bogota) and PCST (Caracas), earned in August 2006. Gerit has also completed a course in IP CCTV systems from AXIS (Bogota) in May 2006. Additionally, they have received training in basic and advanced access control from LENEL (OnGuard) and holds a certification in structured cabling from PANDUIT (Bogota), both obtained in 2006.
