Melissa Kopp

Melissa Kopp has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Melissa is currently the Executive Director of Client Experience at Neural Payments, a position they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at FIS from 2019 to 2021, where they held the role of Director Of Business Strategy and Director Of Business Development.

Before joining FIS, Melissa had a long tenure at Worldpay starting in 2002. During their time at Worldpay, they held various positions including Senior Leader-Business Development, where they led business development initiatives for the Financial Institution line of business. Melissa also led the east regional sales team and the strategic alliances team, managing new partner relationships. Melissa also had roles in direct regional sales, channel sales/management, and relationship management.
