Anjan Banerjee

Anjan Banerjee is a seasoned professional in the field of computer science, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief of Product at NeuralGarage Pvt Ltd since November 2021. Prior to this role, Anjan worked as a Senior Research Scientist at FaceFirst from August 2016 to October 2021, where expertise in facial recognition software was applied to develop systems for various sectors including retail and law enforcement. Anjan co-founded VisageMap Inc., acquired by FaceFirst, and contributed to the advancement of facial recognition technology using deep learning algorithms from August 2015 to August 2016. Previously, Anjan was a Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, after completing a Master of Technology in Computer Science there from 2013 to 2015. Anjan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Kalyani Government Engineering College (2008-2012) and completed secondary education at Sainthia High School.
