Kamlesh Pawar

Kamlesh Pawar, PhD, is a medical imaging engineer at Neuralink since June 2025, previously serving as a senior machine learning scientist at Seeing Machines and a senior applied AI scientist at harrison.ai, where Kamlesh focused on developing AI algorithms for disease diagnosis through CT radiology images. Kamlesh holds significant research experience as a research fellow at Monash University, specializing in advanced MRI techniques, including deep learning methods for image reconstruction and motion correction, as well as brain tumor segmentation. Prior to academic roles, Kamlesh was a lead design engineer at Cadence Design Systems, where the focus was on image and video processing algorithms. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Electrical and Computer System Engineering from Monash University and an M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
