Dominik Baus

Dominik Baus has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dominik started their career with Berenberg Private Capital GmbH as an Alternative Investments Intern in 2011, followed by an internship at Shroffs Foundation Trust in 2011 as a Microfinance and Marketing Intern. In 2013, they worked as a Consulting Intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2014, Dominik joined PepsiCo as a Brand Management Pepsi & Schwip Schwap Intern. Dominik then worked at MediaMarktSaturn as a Startup Accelerator - Business Development Intern in 2016. In 2017, Dominik returned to PepsiCo as a Brand Senior Associate Lay's & Doritos, where they were responsible for brand management, digital marketing, product portfolio development, public relations, market analysis, and coordination with other functions and stakeholders. In 2018, they joined Neuraum Ventures GmbH as a Partner Development Manager and later served as a Strategic Project Manager Sales. In 2020, Dominik was promoted to Senior Project Manager Sales, and in 2021, they became the Team Lead Sales & Sales Strategy at Neuraum Ventures GmbH.

Dominik Baus has an extensive education history. From 2000 to 2009, they attended Sophie-Barat-Schule and obtained their Abitur. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre at the University of Mannheim from 2010 to 2013. As part of their studies, Dominik spent a semester abroad in Bordeaux, France, at KEDGE Business School in 2012-2013. Following their bachelor's degree, they went on to complete a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Dominik participated in an exchange semester at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain, in 2015. Dominik also had the opportunity to study in the United States for one year as an ASSIST scholarship holder at Wayland Academy in 2006-2007.
