Kavitha Ayappan

Kavitha Ayappan is a seasoned professional in the field of cyber security, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Neurealm since June 2025. Prior to this role, Kavitha held the position of Head of CyberSecurity and CISO at Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited for a brief period from December 2024 to June 2025. Kavitha's extensive experience in the industry includes various leadership roles at Aspire Systems, Prodapt, and Cognizant Technology Solutions, among others. With a strong educational background, Kavitha is currently a Research Scholar pursuing a Ph.D. in Cyber Security at Hindustan University, following a postgraduate diploma in Cyber Law and Cyber Forensics from the National Law School of India University and a Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering from SRM Institute of Science and Technology.
