Umesh Unnikrishnan

Umesh UnniKrishnan is a seasoned professional in information security with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Lead Engineer - Information Security at Neurealm since June 2025, Umesh previously held roles as IT Security Engineer at Burjeel Holdings, where significant achievements included leading a successful migration to Azure and implementing security and compliance controls. Prior experience includes a tenure at Trianz as Senior Technical Lead, where Umesh managed various security tools and addressed vulnerabilities in complex systems. Earlier roles at Hexaware Technologies and GAVS Technologies focused on enhancing information security frameworks and policies. Umesh began a technical career in client support at Sutherland Global Services and initially explored creative avenues as a Senior Marketing Executive. Umesh is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Cyber Forensics and Information Security at the University of Madras, building on a strong educational foundation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
