Hari Nagaradona

Hari Nagaradona has extensive work experience in regulatory affairs. Hari'smost recent role was as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Neurelis, Inc. starting in 2023. In this position, they are responsible for developing and implementing regulatory strategies for the company.

Prior to that, Hari worked as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2020 to 2023. Here, they designed and implemented regulatory strategies for various programs and oversaw the regulatory process for U.S. products.

Before joining Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Hari served as the Vice President & Head of Regulatory Affairs at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Inc. from 2015 to 2020. Hari was responsible for leading regulatory activities for the company's Proprietary Products Group and successfully registered a number of products. Hari also provided leadership and guidance leading to the submission and approval of seven NDAs in the last five and a half years.

Hari's earlier experience includes roles at INC Research as the Director of Regulatory Affairs from 2009 to 2013, Gene Logic as a Director from 2000 to 2006, McKesson Bioservices as a Director from 1997 to 2000, and the FDA as a Visiting Scientist from 1993 to 1997. Hari also worked as a Research Scientist at The Ohio State University from 1992 to 1993 and as a Visiting Fellow at the National Institutes of Health from 1986 to 1992.

Hari Nagaradona obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from S.V. University in 1977. Hari then pursued a Master's Degree in Biosciences from SV University, which they completed in 1979. Subsequently, they attended the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and earned a Ph.D in Biochemistry from 1979 to 1985. Returning to education later in their career, Hari obtained a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems from The Johns Hopkins University between 2000 and 2003.
