Baroness Susan Greenfield has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Baroness Susan is the CEO and Founder of Neuro-Bio Limited since June 2013. Baroness Susan served as the Visiting Professor at Melbourne Medical school from 2014 to 2016. From 1998 to 2016, they held the position of Senior Research Fellowship at Lincoln College. Baroness Susan was a Senior Research Fellow at the Department of Pharmacology, Oxford University from 2011 to 2013. Baroness Greenfield served as the Chancellor of Heriot-Watt University from 2005 to 2012. From 1998 to 2010, they held the role of Director at the Royal Institution of Great Britain. Baroness Susan was a Professor of Physic at Gresham College from 1995 to 1998. Baroness Susan started their career as a University Lecturer in Synaptic Pharmacology at the University of Oxford in 1985, a position they held until 1996.

Baroness Susan Greenfield completed their Bachelor's degree in Experimental Psychology from St Hilda's College, Oxford University in 1973. Later, they went on to obtain a Master's degree from the University of Oxford in an unspecified field of study, completing it in 1974. Prior to their university studies, they attended Godolphin and Latymer School for their secondary education.
