Matthew James Tilley

Matthew James Tilley currently serves as the Director of Partnerships at Neuro, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew was the Head of Coffee & Operations at Verve Coffee Roasters, overseeing all aspects of coffee from sourcing to packaging. Experience at Big Island Coffee Roasters includes roles such as Roastery Manager & Roaster, where daily operations and production output were managed to support significant growth. Additionally, Matthew held various operational roles at WeWork, including Manager of Operations & Sustainability, managing a large community within the Millennium Drive location. Early career experience includes a Community Management Internship at Common Goal and community service leadership positions with the City of Irvine, as well as coaching with West Coast FC, culminating in championship titles. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from UC Irvine.
