Christina Costa

Christina Costa has a diverse work experience in the field of biosciences and pharmaceuticals. Christina is currently serving as a Principal Engineer at Neurocrine Biosciences since February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Engineer and Scientist at the same company, from July 2017 to March 2022 and from July 2017 to January 2019, respectively. Christina also held the position of Associate Scientist at Neurocrine Biosciences from October 2016 to July 2017.

Before joining Neurocrine Biosciences, Christina worked as a Research Associate at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from April 2016 to October 2016.

Christina Costa started their education journey in 2009 at Sierra College, where they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry until 2013. Following this, they went on to UC San Diego from 2013 to 2016, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Nanotechnology. Lastly, Christina pursued their Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Virginia, starting in 2019 and completing it in 2022.
