Heidi Romanoski

Heidi Romanoski is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in patient access and long-term care, currently serving as the Director of Patient Access LTC East at Neurocrine Biosciences since January 2022, after winning the 2022 Catalyst Club for the LTC Region. Previously, Romanoski held various roles at ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc., achieving multiple accolades including the 2019 MVP Award and participation in the Emerging Leaders Program. Romanoski has also contributed to the success of emerging therapies in the neuroscience sector through positions at companies such as Alkermes, Sunovion Pharmaceuticals, and Janssen Pharmaceuticals. With a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from The University of Akron, Romanoski began a career in sports medicine as the Head Athletic Trainer and Sports Medicine Coordinator at Summit Rehabilitation.
