Hemraj Dodiya, PhD, DABT, DSP, currently serves as Principal Scientist in Toxicology at Neurocrine Biosciences since June 2022, focusing on the development and implementation of preclinical testing for drug candidates and managing Toxicology and Safety Pharmacology CROs. Previously, Hemraj was a Senior Scientist leading toxicology studies in preclinical settings and played a significant role in both rodent and non-rodent toxicology studies. A Postdoctoral Research Scholar at the University of Chicago Medicine from June 2017 to June 2022, Hemraj contributed to multiple publications investigating the relationship between gut microbiota and brain amyloidosis. Hemraj's academic journey includes a PhD from Rush University, where numerous research projects culminated in several peer-reviewed publications. Additional experience includes roles at NeuroPhage Pharmaceuticals and Rush University Medical Center, focusing on neurology and pharmacology research.
