Irit Koubi

Irit Koubi is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical industry with significant experience in commercialization and marketing. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Commercialization Lead in Neuropsychiatry at Neurocrine Biosciences since April 2025, Irit previously held various leadership roles at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, including Group Product Director and Special Project Lead, where innovative resources for cardiology were developed to enhance patient and healthcare professional experiences. Prior to that, Irit was the National Director of BioAdvance at Janssen Inc., among other marketing director positions. Irit holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and a BSc from McMaster University.
