Isabella Lee-Hayes is an experienced professional in clinical data management, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at Neurocrine Biosciences since April 2022. Previous roles include Clinical Data Manager III at Alexion Pharmaceuticals and Clinical Data Manager at FibroGen, among others. Throughout a career spanning over 15 years, Isabella has demonstrated expertise in managing study start-up and close-out activities, conducting User Acceptance Testing for electronic data capture systems, and overseeing clinical data coding and quality control. Isabella holds a Master of Health Science from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Ohio State University, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Chungyu University.
