Melinda Millard

Melinda Millard is an accomplished Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Neurocrine Biosciences since September 2024, following an extensive career at Thermo Fisher Scientific where Melinda served as the VP of Project Delivery and Neuroscience Global Therapeutic Area Head from December 2021 to September 2024. Prior to this, Melinda was with PPD for nearly two decades, holding various leadership roles including Vice President of Project Management and Executive Director of Project Management within the Neuroscience division. Melinda's career began at Neurocrine Biosciences in the early 2000s as Associate Director of Clinical Operations. Melinda holds a Bachelor's degree in Biopsychology from Purdue University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
