Michelle Vargas

Michelle Vargas is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as a Scientist at Neurocrine Biosciences since August 2023, Michelle has held various roles including Senior Scientist and Scientist II at Telesis Bio from March 2021 to August 2023. Prior experience includes an Associate Consultant Biologist position at Eli Lilly from October 2008 to February 2021, and a Sr. Research Associate role at SGX Pharmaceuticals between August 2003 and October 2008. Earlier career stages include Biologist at Apovia Inc. (2002-2003) and Biomedical Scientist at LLNL (1998-2001). Michelle Vargas pursued education at UC San Diego from 1996 to 1998.
