Karmpreet Kaur

Karmpreet Kaur has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Karmpreet began their career as an Office Assistant at Drexel Office of Research and later worked as a Research Assistant at Drexel University College of Medicine and LifeSensors Inc in 2011 and 2012, respectively. In 2012, they became the Chief Scribe at ScribeAmerica and also served as a Research Assistant at Princeton Brain & Spine Care. Karmpreet then transitioned to being a Client Services Manager at ProScribe from 2016 to 2018. Karmpreet Kaur also worked as a Licensed Realtor at PhillyLiving from 2019 to 2020 and as a Project Manager at Come Together Media Company from 2018 to 2021. Karmpreet held various roles at NeuroFlow, including Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, Director of Implementation, and currently serves as the Director of Client Success.

Karmpreet Kaur obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Drexel University in 2014. Karmpreet then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Leadership at Wilmington University from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Online Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in 2019. Karmpreet also completed The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google in the same year.
