Drake is a human performance specialist and sports scientist with experience both in research and strength and conditioning. With a passion in sports science and strength and conditioning, along with the mindset of a lifelong learner, Drake utilizes evidence-based practice to guide the development and implementation of innovative performance assessments and programming protocols, to ultimately assist in facilitating the athlete in being at their peak level of performance. In addition to working in sports science, Drake also works as an Adjunct Professor, in efforts to elevate the fields of sports science and strength and conditioning continually professionally.
