Juan Aquino

Juan Aquino, MS, ATC, CSCS, currently serves as the Director of Applied Sports Science and Lead Performance Scientist at the Cleveland Cavaliers since September 2022, having previously held the position of Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Cleveland Charge from October 2021 to September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Sports Performance Coaching Assistant and Intern at Duke University, a Basketball Strength and Conditioning Intern at Clemson University, and an Undergraduate Intern at Force Physical Therapy. Academic credentials include a Master's in Sports & Exercise Analytics from Marquette University, a Master of Science in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Performance from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Nova Southeastern University.
