Caryn Blumenfeld

Caryn Blumenfeld is an experienced human resources executive with a demonstrated history of strategic leadership in the life sciences and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Neurogene Inc. since November 2020, Caryn drives organizational effectiveness, talent management, diversity, and cultural change to enhance the lives of rare disease patients and their families. Previously, Caryn held positions such as Head of Global Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition at Amicus Therapeutics, and Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Campbell Soup Company, where efforts focused on attracting and retaining high-performing talent. Caryn's extensive experience also includes roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Deutsche Bank, alongside co-owning a surf, skate, and snowboard clothing company. Caryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Business from the University of Florida.
