Carolyn Kaufman

Carolyn Kaufman is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in health coaching and community management. Currently serving as the Community Experience Manager at NeuroGym since February 2022, Carolyn previously held the position of Life Design Coach at Without The Weight, Inc. since January 2017, where focus was on helping clients overcome mental barriers to achieve health goals. From December 2018 to February 2022, Carolyn worked as a Group Health Coach at Noom Inc., leading multiple groups and providing motivational support. Carolyn's prior roles include Membership Manager and Membership Consultant at Boston Sports Clubs, where networking and member satisfaction enhancement were key responsibilities, as well as a Relay Associate at AT&T, assisting individuals with hearing or speech loss. Carolyn holds a degree in Holistic Psychology, Sociology, and Creative Writing from Lesley University, along with a Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
