Cholene H. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2014, they worked as a Clinical Psychology Intern at St. Arnold Center for Integral Development and later as a Guidance Counselor Intern at Ateneo de Manila University. In 2015, they served as an Industrial Psychology Intern at SSS (Social Security System). From 2015 to 2016, Cholene was a Guidance Clerk at Our Lady of Perpetual Succor College before transitioning to the role of Guidance Counselor from 2016 to 2019. Cholene then became an Assistant to the Preschool Head at the same institution from 2019 to 2022.

In 2020, Cholene started working as an Authorized Reseller (Online Seller) for Local Health & Beauty Brands, where they handled brands like RyxSkin Sincerity, Zeevo, Happy Hues, K-Beauté, Fairy Skin, and Puff & Bloom. Cholene continued this role in 2021 as an Authorized Distributor (Online Seller).

In 2022, Cholene joined NeuroGym as a Social Media and Content Admin before transitioning to their current role as a Hybrid Social Media Manager. Additionally, they worked as a Virtual Assistant on Upwork from July to August 2022.
