Kayla Peña is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial operations. As the Founder and Financial Accountant at Accountful Advising since April 2022, Kayla helps new business owners navigate complex accounting challenges to facilitate business growth. At the NeuroLeadership Institute, holding positions as Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant since May 2019, Kayla has managed the analysis and reporting of over $30 million in annual revenue, significantly improving reporting turnaround and cross-department alignment. Previous roles include Financial Accountant at the Business Relationship Management Institute, where Kayla provided strategic financial analysis and reporting, and North-Central Regional Teller at Lake City Bank, focusing on customer service and relationship management.
