Whitney Ohmer

Whitney Ohmer, M.S., currently serves as a Senior Learning Experience Designer at the NeuroLeadership Institute since May 2022, following a role as Learning Experience Designer. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Learning and Development Specialist at Bastian Solutions and as a Talent and Organizational Development Consultant at Corporate Talent Institute. Whitney has also worked as an Organizational Development Manager at Athlete Packs and held a project management position in Human Resources at The Indiana Rail Road Company. Early career experience includes roles as a Human Resources Intern at Axcess Financial and an Organizational Development Intern at Strauss Veal Feeds Inc. Whitney holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Manchester University.
