Carsten Pfeffer

Carsten Pfeffer currently holds the position of CSO/CTO at NEUROLENTECH GmbH and also serves as the CEO of the same company. Prior to this, Carsten was involved in the TWIST Program at IST Austria where they worked on developing a business idea and plan for a startup focused on precision medicine for neurodevelopmental disorders. Carsten has significant experience in project management, technology development, and patient recruitment for clinical studies. Their educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular Neuroscience from Freie Universität Berlin and previous research roles at various institutions including the University of California San Diego and the Max Delbrück Center.
