Lauren Souders

Lauren Souders has extensive experience in the field of clinical affairs and market development. Lauren began their career at Washington University in St. Louis as a Clinical Research Specialist/Occupational Therapist. Lauren then worked as an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health - The Rehabilitation Institute of St. Louis before joining RehabCare as an Occupational Therapist. Lauren also worked at Aperion Health Care as a Lead Occupational Therapist. In 2012, they became a Clinical Specialist (Consultant) at Neurolutions and later transitioned to the role of Clinical Manager. Lauren then served as the Director of Clinical Operations and is currently the Senior Director of Clinical Affairs and Market Development at Neurolutions. In addition to their work experience, Lauren founded Advanced Neuro-Rehabilitation in 2020. Lauren also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Saint Louis University.

Lauren Souders completed their Masters of Occupational Therapy degree at Saint Louis University from 2004 to 2010. The program focused on Occupational Therapy, Biology, and Psychology. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Practice Area of Emphasis - Neurology certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) in January 2022. Lauren obtained the Practice Area of Emphasis - Rehabilitation certification from BadgeCert in January 2016. Finally, Lauren Souders earned a certification on Fugl-Meyer Administration from UC Irvine School of Medicine, although the specific month and year are not provided.
