Francis X. Brown III

Francis X. Brown III, CPA has extensive experience in finance and accounting, holding various roles in well-known companies. Francis X. began their career at PwC as a Staff Accountant before moving on to Union Carbide as part of the Internal Audit team. Francis X. then worked at Commodore International Ltd as a Senior Accountant before joining Reuters as a Controller. Francis X.'scareer progressed to V.P. Controller at Axeda Corporation, Director of Finance at Kenexa, AVP Finance at iPipeline, and Interim Controller/Director Financial Operations at Lannett Company. Currently, they hold the position of VP Corporate Controller at Neuronetics, Inc., where they have overseen financial operations, debt refinancing, equity offerings, and SEC compliance.

Francis X. Brown III, CPA earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University. After that, they went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Villanova University, graduating in 1994. In 1989, Francis obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the Pennsylvania Department of State.
