Jeremy Zelwin

Jeremy Zelwin currently serves as the VP and Corporate Controller at Flynn Group since June 2025. Previously, Jeremy held the position of VP and Controller at JOANN Stores from July 2021 to June 2025, where leadership was provided for accounting, tax, and procurement functions, overseeing a team of forty-five members. Prior roles include Director of Internal Audit at both JOANN Stores and Covia, where responsibilities included formalizing the Internal Audit function, establishing compliance programs, and creating annual audit plans. With early career experience at EY and Cliffs Natural Resources, Jeremy focused on risk advisory services, internal controls assessments, and sustainability initiatives. Academically, Jeremy earned a Master’s degree in EMBA from Cleveland State University and a BS in Accounting from Miami University.
