Jaclyn Spielsinger

Jaclyn Spielsinger currently serves as the Corporate Compliance Officer at Neuronetics, Inc., a position held since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Compliance Coordinator for Internal Audit and Compliance at Englewood Hospital and Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Barbara J. Buono Stanton at New Jersey Courts. Jaclyn's legal career began with law clerk positions at Frier Levitt, LLC and Pearce Law, LLC. Early experience also includes a Corporate Compliance Fellowship at Osmotica Pharmaceutical Corp. and an internship at New Jersey Office of Attorney General in the Gangs and Organized Crime Bureau. Jaclyn holds a Juris Doctor with a concentration in Health Law from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, where leadership roles included Law and Society Minor Leadership Ambassador and various positions within Alpha Phi International Fraternity.
