Aneezal H. Mohamed

Aneezal H. Mohamed is the current General Counsel, Compliance Officer & Secretary at Commercial Vehicle Group. Prior to this, they served as an attorney at Kegler Brown Hill & Ritter from January 2011 to October 2013, where they focused on securities and corporate governance, governmental and internal investigations, and international business matters. Aneezal also has experience as the former assistant general counsel to Cardinal Health Inc., a $99 billion corporation ranked 17th on the Fortune 500. In this role, they were also a founding board member and counsel of the Cardinal Health Foundation.

Born in Sri Lanka, Aneezal is proficient in both Singhalese and Tamil, languages primarily spoken in south and southeast Asia. Aneezal joined Kegler Brown in 2011 and is authorized to practice federal law and Michigan law, but not Ohio law.

Aneezal H. Mohamed attended Trinity College in Sri Lanka before studying political science and economics at Towson University. Aneezal then went on to obtain their Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School.
