Jenn Lazar

Jenn Lazar, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Jenn started their career as a Senior Account Executive at HSBC before transitioning to a Recruiting Specialist role, where they managed high-volume recruiting across multiple states. Jenn further honed their recruitment skills at PeopleShare as a Lead Recruiter, handling full-cycle recruitment for various industries. Jenn then moved on to Automated Financial Systems, Inc. (AFS) as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, focusing on executive-level positions. Jenn later joined Greenphire as a (Global) Talent Acquisition Manager, where they led talent acquisition and strategy initiatives. Currently, Jenn holds the position of Senior Director Human Resources at Neuronetics, Inc., leading HR functions and talent acquisition efforts.

Jenn Lazar, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelors of Science in Education with a focus on Elementary Education and Social Studies from St. Bonaventure University in 2001. Jenn furthered their education by obtaining certifications such as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2013 and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) in 2015. Additionally, they also earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2012.
