Adam Hencz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Adam started their career in 2013 at Diageo, where they worked as an Employee Experience Analyst and Trainer. In this role, they provided training for North American business partners and managed daily operations at the company's headquarters in Copenhagen. Adam also raised brand awareness for core and reserve brands.
In 2018, Adam worked as a Business Analyst at Khora Virtual Reality and as a Qualitative Researcher in Organizational Development at Huset-KBH. In these roles, they conducted research and provided insights on management practices and organizational identity.
Later that year, they joined Planday as a Design Researcher, where they conducted research to inform the company's design decisions.
In 2020, Adam began working at Artland as a Contributing Writer and Gallery Success Assistant. Adam contributed written content and assisted with gallery operations.
Since 2020, Adam has also been working at NW Gallery & The Project Room as a Gallery Assistant. In this role, they support the gallery director with various tasks such as business analysis, copywriting, and exhibition setup.
Most recently, Adam joined Neurons in 2022 as a Content Writer, where they are responsible for creating content for the company.
Throughout their career, Adam has gained experience in content writing, research, design, and gallery operations.
Adam Hencz has a Master's Degree in Management of Creative Business Processes from Copenhagen Business School, which they earned from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their master's degree, they also took single courses in Multimedia Design and Communication at KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi in 2018. Furthermore, in 2015 and 2016, Adam attended Szellemkép Szabadiskola, where they focused on School of Art Photography.
