Tiara Monroe Smith has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Tiara started their career at Parata Systems, LLC in 2005 as a Training Data Analyst. Tiara then worked as an Engineering Project Coordinator before moving on to Ateb, Inc. in 2008, where they served as an Account Manager for two months. In the same year, they joined NeuroPace as a Field Clinical Engineer and held various roles within the company, including Senior Field Clinical Engineer and Clinical Manager, Therapy Optimization. Tiara eventually became the Principal Field Clinical Engineer, Field Clinical Manager, and currently serves as the Associate Director of Field Clinical Strategy & Sales Training at NeuroPace.
Tiara Monroe Smith obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University in the period of 2001 to 2005. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the same institution, completing it between 2005 and 2007.
