Lynn Bailey, MBA, MSW, LCSW, CPHQ has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Lynn is currently serving as the Corporate Quality, Risk, and Social Services Director at NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals. Prior to this, Lynn worked at Community Health Network as the Quality Systems/Strategic Management Director for seven years. Lynn also held the position of Clinical Quality Index Manager at UnitedHealth Group, where they oversaw a national provider profile program and established the operations of the Quality Management department. Lynn has also worked as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Indiana Wesleyan University and as a Quality and Risk Management Director at IU Health-Tipton Hospital. Lynn has a strong background in performance improvement and has been recognized for their expertise in quality management.

Lynn Bailey has a diverse education history. Lynn holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Additionally, they have a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Lynn completed their undergraduate studies at Taylor University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a double major in Psychology and English.

Alongside their educational accomplishments, Lynn has obtained several certifications. Lynn is a Certified Change Agent from Community Health Network and a Certified Lean Healthcare Black Belt from Purdue University. Lynn is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) through the National Association for Healthcare Quality. Moreover, they hold a license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the Indiana Behavioral Health Licensing Board. Lastly, Lynn is a State Baldrige Examiner, indicating their involvement with The Partnership for Excellence.
