Mahesh Agarwal has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Mahesh started their career in 1999 as a Research Manager at TNS India, where they worked in three different offices and gained a solid grounding in research. In 2005, they joined The Nielsen Company as a Senior Manager in their Retail Audit division, where they were instrumental in conceptualizing and designing special projects like Photographic Audit of Retail Outlets and Cigarette Stub Audit. In 2006, they moved to Kantar as an Executive Director, where they led the Kantar TNS Quantitative Division and managed the P&L to meet the financial ambitions of the company. Since 2018, Mahesh has been Co-Founder & Managing Director of NEUROSENSUM.

Mahesh Agarwal completed their MBA in Marketing from T.A.Pai Management Institute, Manipal between 1997 and 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Economics from St. Xavier's College between 1993 and 1996. Mahesh has also obtained various certifications from Coursera, including An Introduction to Consumer Neuroscience & Neuromarketing (2018), Digital Analytics for Marketing Professionals: Marketing Analytics in Practice (2016), Digital Analytics for Marketing Professionals: Marketing Analytics in Theory (2015), and Marketing in a Digital World (2015).
