Olivier Toury has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Olivier is currently serving as the President of La French Tech San Diego since February 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Neuroservices Alliance starting from March 2019.
Olivier also holds the position of President of the San Diego French-American Chamber of Commerce since December 2021. Olivier founded POWERSYS in 2001 and held the roles of Founder, President, and CEO. Olivier co-founded NEUROSERVICE in 2007 and served as their CBO until December 2022.
Additionally, Olivier was a member on the Board of Governors for Biocom California, a prominent organization working towards driving public policy and providing support to the life science industry, from February 2020 to April 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Unit Manager at ELTA from 1990 to 2001.
Olivier Toury completed their education at the Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE from 2000 to 2001, where they earned a DESS degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended ENSEEIHT from 1983 to 1986, where they obtained an Engineer degree in Power Electronics.
