Mihajlo Grmaš

Mihajlo Grmaš is a seasoned Data Manager and BI Specialist at Neuroth AG since March 2020, responsible for designing and implementing data warehouse and business intelligence projects, optimizing ETL processes, and enhancing data governance across the organization. Prior to this role, Mihajlo served as a Requirements Engineer at SSI Schäfer IT Solutions GmbH, focusing on software product development and aligning product requests with strategic goals. Experience as a Quality Assurance Test Lead at DIMA Software Technology Center involved managing testing projects and workflows using various tools. Mihajlo also contributed as a System Designer and BI&DWH Certified Specialist at Unipol Gruppo, gaining extensive expertise in business application development within the insurance sector. Mihajlo holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad.
