Alana Christou

Alana Christou is an experienced professional in operations, talent acquisition, and education administration. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Neurotone AI since 2016, Alana oversees the auditory training software LACE, designed to assist individuals with hearing challenges. In addition to this role, Alana has been the Director of Talent & Operations at Frankel since January 2022 and has extensive experience as a Pilates Instructor at Evolve Pilates since 2006. Previous positions include Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Fracture and Director of HR & Recruitment at SharpSpring, where Alana significantly contributed to the company’s growth. Alana's early career involved various roles at the University of Florida, including Education & Research Administrator and Research Coordinator. Alana holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography, both from the University of Florida.
