Noah Rolland

Noah Rolland is the CEO at NeuroTrainer, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Vice President of Strategy & Innovation at Leisure Sports Hospitality from 2015 to 2020. In this role, they collaborated with the executive team to establish the overall strategic direction of the company; identify and develop product lines and services to strengthen revenue channels and improve member retention, develop consumer-facing technologies to enhance member experiences, and define go-forward strategies for improving brand loyalty and brand relevance, and develop and implement go-to-market strategy for new boutique fitness product.

From 2011 to 2014, Noah was the Senior Director - Training and Development at TRX Training. In this role, they were responsible for the execution and logistics of professional education courses across 65 countries for a leading global provider of training equipment, education, and programs. Noah oversaw 300 employees and contractors, and ensured annual revenue of $5M. Noah facilitated the development of a global network of more than 150 Instructors, as well as licensed products and services. In addition, they created and executed a long-term growth strategy, identified new technologies, and evaluated market challenges.

Some of their achievements while at TRX Training include streamlining and migration of legacy business information across multiple branches of the segment, evolution of the TRX prosumer subscription service “TRX Core” to maximize customer distribution while reducing associated operating expenses, opening of new revenue streams through live training events, live education courses across North America and Europe, and entrepreneurial compensation initiatives for distributors and contractors, and development and launch of

Noah Rolland has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from UC Santa Barbara and a certification from ExecRank in The Operational Excellence Advisory Council #2.
