Imran Liaquat

Imran Liaquat currently serves as the Clinical Lead for the Scottish Adult Neuro-oncology Network at NHS Scotland since November 2017, focusing on improving quality performance indicators for patients with CNS tumors. Additionally, Imran is a member of the Clinical Advisory Board at Neurovalens and the Faculty of Surgical Trainers at The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. As a Consultant Neurosurgeon and Lead Clinician for Surgical Neuro-Oncology at the Edinburgh Centre for Neuro-Oncology, Imran has a strong background in general neurosurgical training and completed a fellowship in Surgical Neuro-Oncology. Imran holds multiple degrees, including FRCSEd (NeuroSurg) and MRCS, and earned a Master of Education in Surgical Education from Imperial College London. Educational background includes an MBChB BSc.MedSci(Hons) from the University of Glasgow and attendance at Hutchesons' Grammar School.
