David Rodriguez

David Rodriguez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and business management. Currently serving as the Owner of Neuse Telecom, LLC, a structured cabling company, and the Chief Executive Officer of Vliir Media, Inc., a content monetization platform, David has a strong background in strategic planning and operational management. Prior experience includes roles as Gerente de Metálicos at Gerdau, where responsibilities involved directing commercial strategy for scrap metal procurement, and Jefe de TI, overseeing IT operations for the Gerdau Group in Venezuela. Earlier in their career, David worked as an Analista de TI at Banco Occidental de Descuento, managing server administration and database maintenance. David holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and advanced degrees in project management and computer engineering from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín.
