Gelo V. has a strong background in operations management, with experience in various companies such as Neusoft, Carelon Global Solutions, TELUS International Philippines, Teleperformance, and Lazada Group. In their current role at Neusoft as Assistant Site Manager, Gelo is responsible for vendor management, transition management, and logistics requirements. Previously, Gelo has held positions such as Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor in various companies where Gelo managed teams, handled process improvements, and directly reported to senior management. Gelo V. holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from De La Salle University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Notre Dame of Marbel University.
