Libin Wang

Libin Wang currently serves as Sr. Director of R&D at Neuspera Medical Inc., leading product development from PMA to commercial launch since July 2023. Previously, Libin held the position of R&D Director - Software at Earlens Corporation from October 2017 to July 2023, overseeing software and firmware components for the Earlens Contact Hearing System. Prior experience includes serving as Engineering Manager - Firmware at Starkey Hearing Technologies, where responsibility encompassed hearing aid firmware for multiple product launches, and as Principal Engineer at iBiquity Digital, leading IC software development for portable digital radio receivers. Libin also held a role as Engineering Manager - DSP Firmware at Conexant, where firmware development for proprietary SoC contributed to over 100 million chipset shipments, and started as a DSP Software Engineer at Charles Industries. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, along with studies at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and NYU School of Professional Studies.
