Bineet Thaker

Bineet Thaker currently serves as the Sr. Director of R&D and India Country Head at NextSilicon since November 2024. Prior to this role, Bineet Thaker worked at Intel Corporation from March 2016 to November 2024, where several leadership positions were held, including Senior Director of Engineering, responsible for managing a team of over 100 engineers to deliver Imaging IP and SOC for various industry segments. Additional roles at Intel included Director of Engineering, where focus was on micro-architecture for Xeon processors, and Senior Program Manager for a complex 10nm mobility program. Earlier experiences include Vice President at Sasken Technologies Limited, where the Semiconductor business was expanded, and Staff Program Manager at Qualcomm, leading the Snapdragon processor development. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a dual major in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
